“Service is worship. Each act of service is a flower placed at the feet of God.”

~Sri Sathya Sai Baba

Seva as Worship

If you’re interested in offering your service to Divine Mother Rajarajeswari, we invite you to volunteer at the Temple. Volunteering is a wonderful way to learn more, get involved, and experience inner transformation.

Many have found that doing seva in the Temple deepens their connection with Devi and opens up a new experience of the culture of Sanatana Dharma.

Seva Opportunities

The Sri Vidya Temple is run entirely by volunteers. We believe that everyone has the right to participate in our sacred Temple culture.

There are many opportunities for getting involved, whether it is helping in the kitchen, setting up for pujas, working on fundraising projects, or helping to keep our Temple grounds beautiful and well-maintained.

And if you’re interested in learning more about pujas or homas, volunteering is a great way to get hands-on experience!

How to Get Involved

We welcome all to experience the joy of serving the Divine Mother. To get involved, feel free to sign up as a volunteer, sign up for Volunteer News emails, or email us your questions.

Volunteer Accommodations

For those who have volunteered at least 100 hours at the Temple, it may be possible to stay overnight at the Temple while volunteering. Please see below for the Overnight Stay Policy and Overnight Stay Request Form. Please make sure to read the entire Policy before requesting to stay overnight.

If you do not meet the requirements mentioned above or in the policy, please feel free to reach out to the SVTS Administration team via email at admin@srividya.org.
