Modified Saturday Schedule for Solar Eclipse

Lunch Served To-Go at 11:30AM ET
Temple Closed During Eclipse from 11:30AM – 3:30PM ET
Due to the upcoming solar eclipse, the Temple Saturday schedule will be modified on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
The regular weekly Saturday kalasha puja will take place starting from 5AM and be completed by 11:30AM. Lunch will be served in to-go containers for devotees. The Temple will be closed during the eclipse period and will reopen at 3:30pm ET.
Please note that the time period of an eclipse is an auspicious time to do japa sadhana.
Recommendations:
- Stay indoors and do not consume food during the Eclipse
- After the Eclipse is complete, shower before resuming activities
- Place a piece of darbha with cooked food to preserve
