Significant Milestone Reached in New Temple Construction!

The side walls for Phase 1 – 2 construction have now been completed, signaling a significant milestone for the new Temple construction! These walls include the west wall as well as portions of the north and south walls that will be next to the Sri Ganapati and Sri Subrahmanya sannidhis. In the picture below, the completed walls are shown in a lighter grey shade. The completion of these wall portions sets the stage for working on the roof.
Other work recently completed includes new power lines, which will ensure an adequate power supply for future needs. Fiberglass work will be commencing in Mumbai soon, and the fiberglass panels for Phases 1 – 2 should be completed within 3 months. In the next update, we will share concept drawings for the panels. The designs for the Phase 3 fiberglass panels are nearly complete and are undergoing the final review process.
We hope you will all visit soon and see the progress with your own eyes, and we look forward to the day when we can welcome all devotees for the kumbhabhishekam!

What’s Next for Phase 3?
Currently the building plans for Phase 3 are undergoing the finalization process. Some improvements have been made to the plans to allow for enhanced accessibility as well as certain aesthetic improvements and cost savings. We are in the process of accepting quotes for Phase 3 construction work, which will include excavating the basement area, pouring the foundation for the rest of the Temple area, and building the rest of the shell walls.
We are also working with a company to finalize details for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work that needs to be done. And of course, once the new Temple is constructed, the parking lot will need to be redone, so planning is underway for that project as well.
With the continued support of the Mother’s devotees, we will be able to start and complete Phase 3 construction promptly!
